Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Sydney
We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing from strategy through to execution. Working within a small team, you'll be a self-starter who manages campaigns independently, solves problems and keeps projects moving with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Lead brand-building and consumer marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing projects, timelines and traffic across multiple priorities
- Create and coordinate campaign, menu and creative assets
- Use data and insights to measure performance and identify opportunities
- Test, learn and optimise to drive growth
- Work across B2B, consumer and creative marketing as needed
- Manage a lean marketing budget and find practical, cost-effective solutions
Qualifications
- Proven experience running campaigns from start to finish
- Strong consumer marketing and brand-building background
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions with minimal guidance
- Data-driven, commercially minded and results-focused
- Experience in hospitality, QSR, food and beverage, or a growth-stage brand is highly advantageous
- Experience marketing to young professionals, with knowledge of Sydney, is a strong advantage
- Energetic, proactive and confident, with a genuine "leave it with me, I'll get it done" attitude
