Marketing Coordinator

• 8+ week contract, Eight Mile Plains, immediate start

About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to step into an 8+ week contract while two Marketing Business Partners are away. Part of the role involves shadowing one of them as she eases back in on reduced hours, so you'll be picking things up fast and getting genuine exposure to how the marketing function runs day to day. This is an on-site role based in Eight Mile Plains.

What You'll Be Doing

• Writing internal comms and general content across a few different audiences
• Coordinating printing and other production tasks
• Supporting marketing campaigns from go to whoa
• Managing social media activity
• Juggling multiple things at once without dropping the ball

What We're Looking For

• Solid generalist marketing experience, comfortable across comms, content and campaigns
• Someone friendly, helpful and a bit more mature in how they handle themselves and stakeholders
• Strong multitasker who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
• HubSpot experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
• Available for an immediate start and able to commit for the full 8+ weeks
