About the role
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Officer to carry out general repairs, groundskeeping and facility upkeep. This varied role involves maintaining buildings, infrastructure and outdoor areas to a safe, functional and presentable standard.
Skills & experience
- Experience in general maintenance, handyman or groundskeeping work
- Confident using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- Ability to identify defects and complete minor repairs
- Strong safety awareness and a proactive approach
- Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Duties & responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance, minor repairs and asset upkeep
- Maintain buildings, grounds and public-facing areas
- Respond to maintenance requests and report defects or hazards
- Assist operational teams with day-to-day maintenance activities
- Follow workplace safety, security and operational procedures
