Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Sydney Metro
Salary: $50ph-$60ph + Super | Company Vehicle Provided

Our client is a growing Facilities Management business delivering maintenance solutions across a portfolio of commercial properties throughout Sydney. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Electrician to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

This role offers a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and minor project works across a variety of commercial environments. If you enjoy working autonomously, solving problems, and building strong relationships with clients, this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently
• Complete minor installations, upgrades and repair works
• Attend breakdowns and emergency callouts when required
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Accurately complete service reports and documentation

About You

• Current NSW Electrical Licence
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Commercial service and maintenance experience
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities
• White Card
• Professional approach and strong workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• Ideally 2+ years post-trade experience

Desirable

• Current LVR/CPR certification
• EWP Licence (11m+)
• Previous Facilities Management or building maintenance experience
