Candidate: Food/FMCG/Pharmaceutical experience as an Electrician needed
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established food manufacturing facility on a day shift roster.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrician to work within a busy production environment, carrying out preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns and improving equipment reliability.
The Role
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimise production downtime.
- Work with motors, sensors, PLCs and automated equipment.
- Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability.
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety and compliance standards.
- Work closely with the maintenance and production teams.
About You
- A-Grade Electrical Licence.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLCs and automation is highly regarded.
- A proactive approach to preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
