Machine Operators

Our client is a long-established manufacturing company that have been proudly developing and manufacturing products in Adelaide since 1929. Their success has been driven by the continuous improvement of their design and quality of their products as well as the customer support they provide their clients.
 
Excellent opportunities have now become available for experienced production/machine operators to join the team.
 
We are seeking people with the below ability/experience:
 
Multi skilled to operate various production equipment as required throughout manufacturing
Comply with WHS instructions and follow the processes and practices of the workplace
Understand and follow, BOM’s, work instructions and routings
Maintain the required run rate for assembled products, as per the relevant standard time
Perform changeovers as directed by Shift Team Leader.
Ensure recording systems throughout manufacturing are filled in correctly and submitted
 
We are looking for multiple people for the below shifts:

Day shift – 7am – 3pm
A/S – 3pm – 11pm  
N/S - 11pm - 7am

 
Must be available to work 5 days per work with some overtime required during the week and occasional weekends.
 
To be considered for the role you must be able to fulfil the below criteria:
 
Work effectively within a team environment
Multi-skilled in assembly and moulding
Understand Work Health and Safety principles and be able to work safely within these guidelines
Maintain a level of physical fitness sufficient to carry out the work required
Plan and organise workload and work area
Display work-based problem solving and decision-making skills
Must have full working rights
Excellent reading and writing ability
