About our Client, your new employer:
On the beautiful coast of Far North Queensland, our client is a large health service operating across multiple locations offering a wide range of services including but not limited to accident and emergency, mental health, allied health, specialist services and obstetrics.
Duties you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrated experience in General and CT essential
- Ability to work to protocols and procedures
- An understanding of WHS and Radiation safety responsibilities
- Competent to work as a Sole Radiographer if required
- Always provide a high level of patient care.
- Variety of shifts and on-call required
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with patients and team.
- Ability to hit the ground running and be part of an effective team.
Skills and Experience:
- AHPRA Registered Radiographer.
- QLD Radiation Use Licence.
- Experience in general x-ray and CT
- Experience working in a similar setting will be highly regarded
- Ability to meet QLD Health credentialing
- Siemen’s Go Top CT Scanner (experience preferred, not essential)
