Offering 25 hours per week this role includes at least three (3) split shifts per week and the chance to become a valued part of our service community.

At Little Flower Kedron OSHC, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children, support their individual interests, and work alongside a collaborative team that is passionate about creating engaging experiences every day.

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Creating fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintaining positive working relationships with all team members
• Working collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
• Participating in fun excursions during vacation care
• Making a difference in the lives of children in our care every day

Job Requirements

• Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in an ACECQA approved Education and Care qualification 
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Mandatory Child Protection (Geccko) Course 1 & 2 — Course 3 & 4 optional but highly regarded
• Effective workplace communication skills
