As a Legal Team Assistant, you'll be the backbone of the legal department, providing essential administrative and coordination support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing legal documents, maintaining electronic records, and liaising with both internal stakeholders and external legal providers. You'll also handle invoicing, expenses, and support various ad hoc projects, all while working in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach
  • Previous experience in legal administration, legal support, or a related professional environment (approximately two years)
  • Experience working with legal documents and electronic filing systems

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting in-house legal teams
  • Knowledge of legal document management software
  • Basic understanding of finance and billing processes
  • Prior exposure to corporate or banking legal environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Currently studying Law or a related discipline, ideally with practical legal support experience
  • Alternatively, around two years of proven legal support or administrative experience

Other Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to assist with occasional ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
