- Wadawurrung/Geelong based role (hybrid work from home – 3 days a week in office)

This role sits within the Learning & Capability team, supporting the delivery of learning initiatives that help create a safer and healthier Victoria.
As a Learning & Capability Administrator, you'll be at the centre of delivering engaging learning experiences across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to combine project coordination, stakeholder engagement and administration while gaining exposure to learning design, training delivery and capability development initiatives. What You'll Do
- Provide administrative and project support to the Learning & Capability team across a range of learning initiatives.
- Assist with coordinating training schedules, workshops, learning environments and stakeholder forums.
- Manage learning records, learner data and program administration within learning platforms.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes.
- Draft and distribute learning communications, intranet content and organisation-wide updates.
- Support the development, review and evaluation of learning programs, resources and feedback processes

About you
You're a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting projects and working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders. You have a customer-focused approach and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. With excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, you're able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive and solutions-focused mindset.
Additionally, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience providing administration or coordination support in a busy environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience coordinating communications, activities or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to organise work effectively, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications - Desirable
- Certificate IV in Business, Business Administration, Training & Assessment or a related discipline.
- Experience working within learning, capability, organisational development or human resources functions.
- Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning administration processes.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
