Welfare Recruitment Solutions are working with a well regarded NFP organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Lead Clinician for one of their Mental Health Support Programs in the Campbelltown region on a full time permanent basis.
Role
In this role you will provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team, monitor caseloads and advise on best practice. You’ll lead case conferences and reviews that lead to quality outcomes for consumers and families. You will collaborate with partner agencies and funding bodies as well as any other relevant stakeholders. You may also be required to maintain a small caseload as and when required.
Requirements
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse or OT, or accreditation with AASW as a Mental Health Social Worker
- Previous experience providing clinical leadership (acting-up experience would be considered)
- Experience working with clients with a range of mental health and AOD presentations
- Experience in developing services or continuous improvement would also be highly regarded
Further info
In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $115-120k + Super + NFP Benefits. The role would be expected to be working Monday-Friday, normal business hours.
