The Position
This role will see you managing a neat and well-cared-for portfolio of approximately 80 residential properties within the Western suburbs. You'll be supported by an experienced team while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants and delivering a high level of service.
The agency is open to considering both junior and more experienced Property Managers. For a candidate with business development experience, there is an opportunity to contribute to portfolio growth and be rewarded for your expertise.
The Criteria
- Previous experience in residential Property Management
- Current Property Management registration/licensing (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised and proactive approach to managing a portfolio
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
