An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Property Manager to join a highly successful and rapidly growing real estate group based in Sydney’s Inner West/Parramatta corridor.
With an impressive residential portfolio of over 6,000 properties, this business offers outstanding systems, structure and support, making this the perfect opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of real estate experience who is ready to take the next step in their property management career.

The Role:
Working within a supportive property management team, your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and conducting routine inspections
- Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinating lease renewals and negotiations
- Preparing residential leases
- Coordinating lease signing and documentation
- Liaising professionally with tenants and landlords
- Supporting the wider Property Management team
- Ensuring accurate records and documentation are maintained
The Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
- 1–2 years of experience within real estate or property management
- Previous exposure to inspections, leasing or property management administration
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- A valid driver’s license and reliable car
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career within Property Management
