The Role

• Run your own commercial sales and leasing campaigns
• Manage listings from appraisal through to transaction
• Conduct inspections and negotiate with owners, tenants and buyers
• Prospect for new business and generate listings
• Build strong relationships with landlords, investors and occupiers
• Prepare proposals, marketing campaigns and market updates

About You

• Degree in Property, Property Economics or a related discipline
• Real estate experience highly regarded
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, driven and commercially minded
• Comfortable managing your own workload and client relationships
• Keen to build a long-term career in commercial property
