Joinery Installer
- Install joinery and deliver quality finishes across high-profile commercial projects.

Fetch Recruitment are seeking experienced Joinery Installers / Shopfitters to join a quality-focused commercial fit-out team based in Chadstone.
This client specialises in commercial retail fit-outs and joinery, delivering projects for major brands including adidas, New Balance, Under Armour and more.
The Role: You’ll be responsible for installing joinery and delivering quality finishes across a range of high-profile commercial projects.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Installing commercial and retail joinery
- Reading architectural and shop drawings
- Installing, counters, cabinetry and feature joinery
- Working with laminate, timber, veneer and other materials
- Fitting hinges, runners and specialist hardware
- Working closely with builders, project managers and other trades
- Ensuring installations are completed accurately and to specification
- Quality checking your own work
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Working across exciting retail and commercial projects
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Joinery Installer or Shopfitter
- Strong commercial or retail fit-out experience
- Confident reading drawings and working to specifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of joinery installation and hardware
- Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organised and proud of your workmanship
