Your new role
As Team Leader IT Administration, youll take ownership of the local IT environment while supporting broader regional operations. The position combines hands-on technical support with responsibility for infrastructure, systems, networking, security and IT administration, while providing guidance to a small team.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years experience in IT support, systems or infrastructure
• Strong Microsoft and Active Directory experience
• Knowledge of servers, networking, virtualisation and backups
• Understanding of IT security and access management
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of an IT environment
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience would be highly regarded
