Ironman 4x4 is one of Australia's largest suppliers of aftermarket accessories and camping gear. The team at Mornington 4x4 and Outdoor are 4x4 enthusiasts and we know our way around these fantastic vehicles and aftermarket accessories. Ironman 4×4 products are designed in Australia and distributed throughout the world.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic 4x4 Accessory Fitter to join our NEW Mornington Store.
While previous experience would be an advantage, it is not essential - we're also interested in hearing from trainees who are keen to kick start their automotive accessory fitting career.
Great Ironman 4x4 Fitters are not just handy with tools. It all starts with attention to detail and a desire to give a 4x4 owner a safe, trouble free experience when driving their 4x4. Poor fitment will give customers a bad product experience, hence destroying the brand. Good fitment enhances the brand experience.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Mechanical qualifications, mechanical experience or be willing to learn
- 4WD and travelling knowledge an advantage
- Very high attention to detail
- A high degree of pride in their work
- The ability to think on your feet and problem solve
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday.
