About Our Client:
Our client operates within the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry and is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of their warehouse.
About the role:
This role involves assisting with the receipt, storage and dispatch of materials, equipment and supplies, ensuring stock is handled safely and warehouse operations run efficiently. The successful candidate will be comfortable undertaking general warehouse duties, including forklift operation, picking and packing orders, and maintaining an organised working environment.
This is a great opportunity for a dependable candidate with a current High Risk Work Licence who is looking to secure consistent weekday work within a warehouse environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will assist with the daily movement and management of stock, ensuring materials and equipment are received, stored and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Your duties will include:
- Receiving, unloading and checking incoming deliveries
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading materials using a forklift
- Safely storing stock and maintaining an organised warehouse
- Assisting with stock checks and inventory management
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Undertaking general warehouse duties as required
Roster:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am 3:30pm
- 30-minute lunch break
- Commencement date: Monday, 23 November 2026
What You Will Need:
- Current High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable
- Forklift experience and confidence operating safely
- Ability to undertake general warehouse and manual handling duties
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
