Intermediate Contract Administrator
Boutique WA Commercial Builder | Residential CA → Commercial | Up to $120K + Super
The Opportunity
A growing WA commercial builder is seeking a driven Residential or Commercial CA ready to step into an intermediate role and take on greater responsibility across townhouse and commercial projects.
The business has a strong reputation across the apartment and mixed-use sector, with a secure pipeline of repeat work.
The Role
Working closely with the Construction Director, Project Managers and site teams, you’ll manage the CA function across live and upcoming projects, with daily support available when required.
Projects include:
- Townhouse development – Nedlands 40% complete
- Townhouse development – Scarborough commencing
- Potential $10M–$13M commercial project to follow, completing Q2 next year
We’re looking for someone driven, proactive and a strong team player who can work autonomously while collaborating closely with senior management.
About You
- Residential CA experience or commercial CA experience
- Strong contract administration, procurement and subcontractor management skills
- Experience with variations and claims
- Confident working autonomously and taking ownership
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- CHEOPS experience advantageous, not essential.
- Full Australian working rights
Commercial experience is advantageous but not essential. This is ideal for a residential CA looking to move into commercial or a commercial CA ready to step up.
