Integration Manager – MS Dynamics ERP (Fin Ops & Supply Chain)

Our client, a global vertically integrated food manufacturing company, are currently embarking on an implementation of MS Dynamics Finance, Operations & Supply Chain for ERP. You will have full ownership of the end-to-end integration workstream and integrations between D365, legacy systems, specialist operational platforms, third-party applications, reporting platforms and external partners are designed, delivered, tested and transitioned in a controlled, secure and supportable manner.

You will work closely with the Solution Architect, Data Architect, Systems Analyst, Functional Consultants, Business Process Leads, Testing Manager, Change and Training teams, the implementation partner and third-party vendors to ensure integration decisions support the approved future-state operating model, fit-to-standard design principles, business controls, data quality, auditability and operational readiness.

Must Have & Nice To Have Requirements

•7+ years’ experience in integration, ERP delivery, solution delivery or enterprise systems implementation, including leading integration workstreams within an ERP or enterprise application implementation.
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management integration capabilities, including data entities, OData, business events, Dual-write, Dataverse and Data Management Framework.
•Practical understanding of Azure integration services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, Functions, storage, monitoring and security.
•Strong understanding of integration design, interface management, data mapping, reconciliation, testing, cutover, hypercare and production support.
•Experience across middleware, iPaaS, EDI, APIs and integrations with banking, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, reporting, HR, customer, supplier and other third-party systems.
•Understanding of finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, reporting and master data integration points.
•Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors, system integrators, technical teams and business stakeholders through design, build, testing and implementation.
•Experience managing integration design and testing across global, multi-site, multi-entity or multi-vendor environments.
•Strong communication, facilitation, planning, documentation, stakeholder management and risk management skills.
•Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, EDI, APIs or middleware platforms is desirable.
•Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, agriculture, meat processing, logistics or other supply chain-intensive industries is desirable.

Key Success Metrics

•All integrations are catalogued, prioritised, owned and governed with clear design, testing, cutover and support criteria.
•Integration milestones are delivered in line with the approved project plan, with transparent reporting of risks, issues and dependencies.
•Interfaces support approved business processes with acceptable performance, reliability, reconciliation and exception handling.
•Integration testing confirms end-to-end process completeness, data accuracy and operational control prior to go-live.
•Business and IT support teams are ready to operate integrations from go-live, with agreed monitoring, runbooks and escalation pathways in place.
•Post go-live integration defects are managed effectively and do not materially disrupt business operations.

This role requires onsite Attendance Monday-Friday, You will however have some flexibility on start & finish times. Our clients office is in Brisbane CBD

Salary on Offer is $230,000 – $240,000 + Super on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (full leave entitlements)
