HVAC Technician

Core Talent is currently working with a well-establised HVAC business looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join their team in Hallam.

This is a hands-on role suited to a technician who enjoys a mix of commercial service, maintenance and installation work across a variety of sites.

What You'll Be Doing

• Service, fault-find and maintain commercial and light commercial HVAC systems
• Carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
• Install new air conditioning and HVAC systems
• Work across split systems, ducted systems and other light commercial equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
• Complete service reports and job documentation
• Work directly with customers and provide a professional level of service
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

• Relevant HVAC qualification (or mechanical plumbing)
• Current Australian Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Previous experience in commercial HVAC service and/or installations
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Current driver's licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
