The Role
This is a hands-on advisory position supporting HR operations across a busy, multi-site manufacturing environment. Working closely with leaders and employees, you’ll provide practical advice across the full employee life cycle while helping to drive engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement in people practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide generalist HR support across employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance.
- Partner with leaders to drive engagement, learning, and development initiatives across sites.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Assist with workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives to support business growth.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies.
- Lead HR reporting and data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to culture and wellbeing initiatives that foster a positive, values-driven environment.
Your Background
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Proven experience in HR advisory or business partnering, ideally within manufacturing, agriculture, or a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
- Confidence in supporting leaders with HR policies, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to driving positive workplace culture.
