Omni Recruit is currently looking for experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Kemps Creek.

🏗️ About the Role

This is a hands-on warehouse position where you'll be operating a High Reach forklift while also supporting general warehouse operations.

Your day may include:

• Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently

• Put-away and replenishment

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Moving and positioning pallets

• RF scanning and inventory movements

• Voice picking and order preparation

• Pallet wrapping and staging freight

• General warehouse duties as required

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Following all site safety procedures and operational requirements

✅ What We're Looking For

✔ Current LF Forklift Licence
✔ Minimum 2 years' recent High Reach experience — essential
✔ Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
✔ Confident operating a High Reach forklift in a busy environment
✔ RF scanning experience — highly regarded
✔ Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
✔ Reliable transport and excellent attendance
✔ Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
✔ Willing to assist with general warehouse duties
✔ Own PPE — steel-cap boots and hi-vis
✔ Full Australian working rights
