High-End Residential Architect - Revit
This close-knit, boutique practice are innovative and experimental in their approach to Architecture and Interior Design. They have an excellent reputation, predominantly working on high-end residential and boutique multi-res projects across Melbourne. This talented team are on the look-out for a recently registered Architect or Project Architect, to join them with an understanding of all project phases and Revit ability. This all-rounder will have a strong design eye and revit documentation experience to grow and learn with the guidance of the directors. Key Responsibilities
- Work on beautiful high-end residential and boutique multi-res projects
- Work on projects collaboratively and autonomously with guidance from Directors across all stages in gaining solid exposure
- Prepare and contribute to outstanding concept presentations
- Prepare detailed Revit documentation
- Liaise with clients and consultants using your exceptional communication skills
- Ensure outstanding project outcomes through to delivery
- Take on project responsibility, running your own projects!
Skills & Experience
- Masters degree in Architecture
- 6+ years post-graduate experience (high-end residential project experience is a must)
- Experience across all project phases
- Revit proficiency - a must!
- Documentation & technical experience
- Knowledge of building construction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Enscape a plus!)
- Eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- An all-rounder who can take on a great amount of responsibility in leading projects, whilst having the ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
