Tow Truck Driver- Company Driver
We are seeking a dedicated all round Full- Time Tow Truck Operator. You will play an essential role in transporting vehicles, plant, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Your expertise will help us meet and exceed our customers' expectations while ensuring that every journey is a smooth one. Due to continued growth across Sydney and the Northern Beaches, we’re seeking a dedicated all-round Tow Truck Operator. Applicants must be based in the Perth Area. The role requires adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and a strong commitment to safety including:
You’ll be responsible for:
- Loading, securing, and unloading items
- Delivering great customer service
- Adhering to our Safe Work Procedures (SWP's)
- Value safety as much as we do
- Keep our vehicles in top-notch condition
- Upholding our best practise customer experience
- Embrace continuous learning and training
- Comply with state, territory and national road laws including heavy vehicle and fatigue rotations

About you
We want to hear from enthusiastic individuals who are excited about working in a collaborative and friendly environment. Here’s what you’ll need:
- At least an DC driver’s licence- with a clean driving record
- A minimum of 12 months driving experience with heavy vehicles
- Elevated Work Platform above 11metres ticket
- Forklift license- desired but not essential
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment transport
- Good knowledge and sense of Metropolitan Perth and surrounding areas
- Flexible availability, including after hours and interstate work
- Strong customer focus and a knack for providing excellent service
- Critical thinking skills to make quick decisions on the go
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
