Scotford Fennessy Recruitment is seeking Process Operators with 12+ months of gold processing experience to join a well-established WA gold operation. If you have exposure to crushing, grinding, milling, flotation, CIL and/or CIP circuits, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a FIFO role with competitive rates and genuine long-term prospects.

About the Role
As a Gold Process Operator, you’ll play an important role in the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant, helping the site achieve production targets while maintaining high safety and operational standards.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Operating and monitoring crushing, grinding and milling circuits
- Working across gold recovery circuits including CIL and CIP
- Conducting routine plant inspections and equipment checks
- Monitoring plant performance and recording operating data
- Assisting with identifying, reporting and troubleshooting plant issues
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety and housekeeping standards
- Working collaboratively with maintenance and production teams
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
We’re keen to hear from candidates with:
- 12+ months’ gold processing experience
- Exposure to crushing, grinding, milling, flotation, CIL and/or CIP circuits
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong safety-first attitude and team-focused approach
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and National Police Clearance
- Ability to FIFO from Perth
