Represent Trend Windows & Doors, a leader in the national building products industry, and take full responsibility for delivering a sustainable and profitable business locally for the Queensland region.
This senior leadership role has full P&L accountability for revenue and EBITDA, including sales, service, and operational functions.
As part of the Trend leadership team, you will contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the business while managing a large operational manufacturing plant and showrooms with just over 120 employees.

- Strategic Leadership: Drive QLD sales growth and lead QLD operations.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure safe, efficient operations with a focus on productivity and ROI.

- Customer Service: Strengthen loyalty and deliver superior product performance.
- Sales & Marketing: Implement strategic sales plans and promote a consultative sales culture.
- Business Development: Drive continuous improvement aligned with group initiatives.
- Systems & Controls: Safeguard financial and physical assets in line with policies.
About You
- Proven leader with multi-functional experience in a national organisation.
- Expertise in operational excellence and lean methodologies.
- Collaborative influencer with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Customer-focused, systems-savvy, and resilient decision-maker.
- Diploma or higher qualification in engineering/ materials or related discipline (Bachelor’s/Master’s desirable).
