Full Stack Developer

• Duration: 12-Month Initial Contract (Strong potential for extension)
• Location: Sydney CBD
• Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days WFH)
• Engagement: Enterprise Digital Transformation Program

 
About the Role
 
Green Light is seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers to join a major enterprise transformation program based in Sydney.
 
Working within a collaborative Agile team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting modern digital solutions across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale program leveraging modern engineering practices, cloud-native technologies, and DevSecOps principles.
 
You will work closely with architects, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services
• Build modern user interfaces and backend services to support business requirements
• Develop and integrate APIs and microservices
• Support cloud-native application development across AWS and Azure environments
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and operational requirements
• Support production deployments and ongoing platform enhancements

 
Required Skills & Experience
 

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or Developer
• Strong experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience developing backend services using Java, Node.js, Python, Golang, or similar technologies
• Knowledge of API development and system integrations
• Experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native applications
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications or digital solutions
