Job Title: Freight Sorters & LF Forklift Drivers | Kemps Creek | Christmas Peak Roles

Location: Kemps Creek

Pay Rate:

Freight Sorter Day $40.12/hr Incl.

Forklift Driver Night $49.94/hr Incl.

Day Shift: Freight Handlers: 8.30am-2.30pm - (Shifts may start 6am when required)

Night Shift: LF Forklift Drivers: 10pm-6am

We are currently recruiting Freight Sorters and LF Forklift Drivers for a busy logistics and parcel processing facility in Kemps Creek.

Freight Sorters

Duties:

• Sorting parcels and freight
• Scanning and processing items
• Loading and unloading cages and containers
• Manual handling of parcels
• Working on conveyor systems
• General warehouse duties
• Maintaining a safe work environment

LF Forklift Drivers

Duties:

• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Moving pallets and freight throughout the facility
• Forklift operation in a busy warehouse environment
• Assisting with freight movements
• General warehouse duties as required
• Following site safety procedures

To be successful in these roles, you will have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence (Forklift Driver applicants only)
• Previous warehouse, logistics, freight or manufacturing experience highly regarded
• Ability to perform physical work, including manual handling throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transport and punctual attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Steel-capped boots and hi-vis vest with reflective tape

Successful applicants must be willing to complete:

• National Police Check
• Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Site Induction
