Forklift Operators – AM Shift | $41.68/hr | Coopers Plains

Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy manufacturing and distribution facility based in Coopers Plains, QLD.

We are currently recruiting for two ongoing AM shift positions, offering consistent weekday hours, strong pay rates, and long-term opportunities within a fast-paced warehouse and yard environment.

Available Roles

AM Yard Forklift Operator (Counterbalance)

Shift

4:30am – 12:30pm | Monday – Friday

Pay Rate

$41.68 per hour

Key Duties

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Strapping pallets and securing loads
• Handling plastic PVC pipe products
• Moving stock throughout the yard and dock area
• Allocating stock into outdoor racking locations
• Maintaining safe forklift operation practices

AM Distribution Forklift Operator (High Reach)

Shift

4:30am – 12:30pm | Monday – Friday

Pay Rate

$41.68 per hour

Key Duties

• Operating High Reach forklifts
• Putting stock away into racking systems
• Replenishing pick locations
• Moving stock throughout the distribution centre
• Assisting with warehouse operations as required
• Following site safety and warehouse procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Current Forklift (LF) Licence
• Previous Counterbalance and/or High Reach experience
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, yard, or distribution environments
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Own transport to Coopers Plains
