Forklift Operator Wanted - Perth Airport Area ✈️

Programmed is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy freight and logistics operation based at Perth Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing employment in a fast-paced environment with long-term career potential 🚛✈️

What you'll be doing

You'll be part of a dynamic freight operations team, taking care of all things loading, sorting, and dispatch:

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading freight and transport vehicles
• Moving pallets, freight cages and general cargo
• Building and breaking down pallets
• Assisting with freight receipt and dispatch activities
• Working collaboratively within a close-knit team

What we're looking for

We're after reliable, motivated people who take pride in a job well done:

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift operating experience
• Current WA Driver's Licence, or willingness to obtain one before commencement
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable and flexible attitude
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment checks
• Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen and National Police Check
• Eligibility to obtain an ASIC Card (aviation security clearance)

Availability Requirements

This operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Successful applicants must be available to work rotating shifts, including:

• Early morning starts (from 3:00am)
• Day shifts
• Afternoon and evening shifts
• Weekends and public holidays as required

Flexibility across all rostered shifts is essential.
