We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to join a highly regarded residential builder delivering quality Class 2 apartment developments across Sydney.
Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and Site Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractor activities
- Drive programme outcomes and ensure works are completed to schedule
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across all trades
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and the project delivery team
- Plan and coordinate upcoming works to maintain site productivity
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimise delays
- Ensure site documentation and reporting is maintained accurately
- Promote a positive safety culture and maintain high housekeeping standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman delivering Class 2 residential or multi-residential projects over $50 million
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing from structure through to completion
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and quality assurance processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Trade qualification or tertiary construction qualification highly regarded
