On the job you will:
- Provide safe, high-quality and efficient hospitality services to residents
- Work collaboratively with others and independently to deliver exceptional service
- Preparation, plating, ordering, distribution and clearing of patient meals and beverages
- Ensuring tasks are performed in accordance with approved procedures and quality requirements.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in food preparation, hygiene, cleaning and infection control principles.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in an FSA role in Aged Care or similar full service hospitality role
- Current Food Safety certificate or ability to obtain
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for older Australians
- Valid Working Rights in Australia
- Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
