We’re looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team at Lennons Restaurant and help create memorable guest experiences during our breakfast and lunch services.
Our days start early and move quickly, welcoming guests for breakfast before transitioning into lunch. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail and warm, attentive service make all the difference.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalised service and make every guest feel welcome.
- Work efficiently in a busy service environment, supporting the team to deliver a smooth, positive guest experience.
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns where possible, escalating issues when needed.
- Deliver courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
- Complete the opening and closing procedures for your outlet and rostered shift.
- Build a strong knowledge of our food, beverage and related services so you can make recommendations, suggest pairings, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
Requirements
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement.
- Strong communication skills.
- High standards of grooming and personal presentation.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded.
- Previous experience with Infrasys is highly regarded.
- Legal working rights in Australia.
