About the Role: 

Trojan Recruitment Group are seeking experienced workshop Fluxcore Welders for Temp to Permanent opportunities at our client’s modern facility in Henderson.

This is your chance to secure steady hours, excellent conditions, and be part of a team producing high-quality mining and defence assets.

Shift Available: 

• Monday to Friday, 6:00am start
• 10-11hr shifts, Consistent 50–60 hours per week
• Optional weekend work available

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• FCAW welding (3G & 4G structural steel and heavy plates)
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete tasks accurately
• Adhere to Safe Operating Procedures at all times. 
• Maintain high safety standards at all times
• Perform general warehousing duties. 
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment

Skills and Experience: 

• Ability to pass a 3G/4G weld test
• Previous experience welding heavy structural steel and plates. 
• Recent site or workshop experience working as a fluxcore welder
• Ability to confidently read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Must hold a current Australian Drivers License and own reliable transport.
