What you’ll do: 

  • Work with the Industry Leader to translate the Financial Services strategy into quarterly business development priorities, sector growth plans and measurable outcomes. 

  • Use insight into key client segments, buyers, sector trends, demand signals, competitor activity and firm strengths to identify and prioritise growth opportunities. 

  • Analyse financial performance, forecasts, pipeline, conversion and account activity to surface gaps and opportunities, focus leadership attention and recommend actions. 

  • Partner with Account Managers, Marketing, Client Insights, Brand and Operations to drive a coordinated approach to market, from demand generation to conversion. 

  • Maintain the pipeline and facilitate a regular pipeline cadence to improve visibility and data quality, generate actionable insights and progress key opportunities. 

  • Activate the Financial Services community by connecting industry, account and capability leaders. 

  • Lead the Financial Services cadence, including annual planning, quarterly town halls and business reviews, monthly leadership team meetings and LCP connects, and weekly team meetings. 

What we’re looking for: 

Core skills 

  • Ability to apply strategic and critical thinking, with demonstrated success in business development, driving revenue growth and pipeline management. 

  • Confidence in understanding business and financial performance and translating this into action. 

  • Ability to operate effectively in evolving environments, set priorities, interpret complex information and adapt direction as market and client needs evolve. 

  • Confidence engaging with senior leaders, with clear written and verbal communication and the ability to build trust across diverse teams. 

Desirable skills 

  • A strong background in Financial Services. 

  • Understanding of the Banking, Insurance, and Superannuation/Asset Management sectors.
