Position

As a Finance Manager, you will partner closely with product development and finance teams to oversee development cost performance and financial control. Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager, this role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change and influence processes across a global business.
Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with product development teams to provide financial insights and explain cost drivers
• Reviewing capitalised development cost calculations
• Analysing variances against budget and prior periods, and communicating insights to stakeholders
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with FP&A
• Leading and coaching a small team of accountants
• Driving process improvements across finance and development cost reporting

Profile

• CA/CPA qualified with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within a technology or software environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance and non-finance teams
• Solid technical accounting knowledge
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
