·Salary is paid in accordance with the Organisations Enterprise Agreement with base salary range from $102,000 to $110,800 plus Superannuation, Overtime and Car Allowance

About the Role
This position is to perform a high level of electrical work to support both internal and external customers in the installation and servicing of new and remarketed equipment within the Heidelberg Solution of products and services. The role also includes engagement in selling of our service offerings.
This includes, but is not limited to:
·Perform electrical work and provide electrical support for new and remarketed press, postpress, prepress and flexo equipment installations ensuring electrical service issues are accurately identified and rectified in an efficient manner, providing high quality electrical support
·Perform electrical work and provide electrical support for service contracts as required, ensuring all procedures are followed
·Fault finding and repairing of electric and mechanical components
·Identify electrical service gaps and sources of customer dissatisfaction and work with the team to identify, recommend and support solutions to rectify the problem
·Being an effective team player, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organisational values, goals and objectives
·Being willing and able to travel on assignment throughout Australia
·Conducting work in compliance with health and safety regulations/legislation at all times.
Skills & Experience
·Relevant Electrical Trade Qualification / License (Electrician)
·Relevant printing or business qualification desirable, but not essential
·Demonstrated minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Printing / Graphic Arts or similar commercial environment in fault finding and performing preventative maintenance electrical work
·Experience installing, programming & troubleshooting PLC’s is desirable
·Basic understanding of hydraulics, electrical welding & refrigeration is desirable
·Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised or in a team environment
·Demonstrated ability to develop, build and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally of the organisation
