About the Role
As the Team Leader, Fees and Scholarships, you’ll play a key role in leading the Graduation, Fees and Scholarships team to deliver accurate, timely and student-centred services.

Reporting to the Manager, Graduation, Fees and Scholarships, you’ll lead and develop your team, manage workloads and resources, resolve complex issues and ensure policies, procedures and service standards are consistently applied. You’ll champion a culture of exceptional customer service, mentoring your team and modelling the behaviours that build trust across the Swinburne community.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll use data and insights to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve services and deliver better outcomes for students and stakeholders. You’ll also work collaboratively across Student Administration to support efficient and effective service delivery.

About You
You’re a people-focused leader with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to deliver quality outcomes in a busy environment. You’ll bring:

  • Experience leading, coaching or developing a team.
  • Strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience applying policies and procedures in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • An understanding of the Australian Higher Education and VET environment.
  • Strong digital skills, including Microsoft Office and customer service or student management systems.

Qualifications
Completion of degree, or diploma level qualification with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience/training.
