We are looking for a hands-on and proactive leader to oversee the maintenance, compliance, security and operational performance of our facilities, vehicle fleet, plant and equipment.
Key Duties
- Oversee maintenance, servicing and compliance of facility infrastructure, fleet vehicles, plant and equipment.
- Manage contractors, maintenance schedules, procurement activities, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with transport, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead Cleaning, Grounds and Shuttle Bus teams including rostering and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement through audits, procedures, and asset management initiatives.

You will have
- MR Open Driver Licence and Driver Authorisation
- Facilities, fleet or asset management experience
- Strong compliance and safety knowledge
- Budgeting and reporting experience
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children)
