About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Technical Facilities Manager to work for a large private landlord, managing a well-known premium grade commercial office tower in the CBD. The role will be working in a highly technical Facilities team, suiting someone who has a deep understanding of Electrical and HVAC. The role involves BMS optimisation, experience working with and diagnosing UPS, generators, ATS, chillers / cooling towers and switchboards.
This is a dynamic and interesting role for someone who enjoys the technical side of Facilities Management.
  
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planned and preventative maintenance program.
• Carryout BMS optimisation for building efficiency.
• Assist with the NABBERS energy efficiency.
• Manage the ticketing and work order system.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and service contractors across all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, lifts).
• Assist in managing tenant relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

  
Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Facilities Manager, dealing with basebuilding hard service FM.
• Ideally have a trade qualification in Electrical or HVAC, or a very technical understanding of generators, UPS, ATS, electrical systems, switchboards and HVAC
• Must have strong communication, written and verbal.
