EOI Civil Operators & Labourers | Mandurah WA

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced Civil Plant Operators, HR Drivers, Labourers, and Pipe Crew  for upcoming civil construction projects in Mandurah, WA.

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals with civil construction experience who are ready to join a hardworking team and contribute to the successful delivery of the project.

Available Roles:

• Plant Operators:  Moxy Operators, Excavator Operators, Roller Operators, Dozer Operators and Grader Operators.
• HR Drivers:  Experienced Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers.
• Civil Labourers:  Experienced civil construction labourers.
• Pipe Crew:  Pipe Layers and experienced crew members with underground services and pipeline installation experience.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

• Previous experience in civil construction, earthworks, roadworks, or pipeline installation.
• Relevant plant operating tickets and VOCs, where applicable to the role.
• Current HR licence for HR Driver positions.
• Construction Industry White Card.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• A strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• The ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
