As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. As a 140-place centre, you'll join a large, supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality early learning experiences and building strong relationships with children, families and the local community.

We are seeking a passionate Educator to join our team on a full-time basis, working across a rotating roster between 6:45am and 6:30pm, in line with the centre's operating hours.

As an Educator, you'll play a key role in creating engaging learning environments, supporting children's development and contributing to a culture where every child feels safe, valued and empowered to thrive.

You’ll need:

* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current VIC Working with Children Check
