We offer part-time opportunities with flexible shifts operating between 6:30am and 6:30pm.

About Milestones Early Learning Flinders View

With increasing occupancy and growing enrolments, we're looking for an enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Educator who is ready to contribute to our positive culture and help us continue delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families.

You'll be joining a collaborative team that values professional growth, celebrates success, and is committed to creating engaging, nurturing learning environments where every child can flourish.

About You

You will bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• A genuine passion for supporting children to learn, grow, and reach their potential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
• A positive attitude and willingness to support across the centre where needed
