About the Centre:
Join Bluebird Early Education Traralgon, a beautiful, purpose-built 92-place Service located in Victoria’s Gippsland Region. We proudly support our vibrant community, offering care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 4-year-old Kindergarten, Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.

We create nurturing, engaging environments where Our state-of-the-art Service inspires children to explore and learn through engaging spaces like our fort, waterpark, and sustainability gardens. Guided by the National Early Years Learning Framework, our passionate Educators deliver holistic, play-based programs tailored to each child’s unique journey.

Current Opportunities:
We are expanding our team of passionate, supportive, and genuine Educators. Join us and be part of our dynamic Bluebird team, with permanent part-time positions available for both Diploma & Certificate III qualified. Permanent part-time positions of up to 37.5 hours per week.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate of willingness to obtain these.
- Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willing to obtain these.
- Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willing to obtain these.
- A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
- Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
