Education Support Traineeship – Port Fairy Consolidated School

Westvic Staffing Solutions, in partnership with Port Fairy Consolidated School, is seeking a motivated, caring, and reliable person to join the school’s community as a Full-Time Education Support Trainee.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is genuinely interested in working with children and would like to develop their skills and experience in a supportive primary school environment.

About the Role

As an Education Support Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work alongside teachers and school staff to support students in their learning and day-to-day school activities. You will gain valuable practical experience while completing your traineeship and developing skills for a future career in education support.

The successful applicant will:

• Understand Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Have the ability to understand and utilise current and technology
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a genuine interest in working in a primary school environment.
• Enjoy working with and supporting children and young people.
• Be punctual, reliable and responsible.
• Be willing to learn, take direction and work positively as part of a team.
• Demonstrates patience, kindness and a positive attitude towards students.
