ECT Educational Leader – Campbelltown

Ready to take the next step in your Early Childhood career? We are looking for a passionate and motivated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join a quality early learning service in Campbelltown as an Educational Leader.

This role is open to both experienced Educational Leaders and ECTs who are ready to step up into their first leadership position. If you're passionate about curriculum, enjoy supporting your team and are ready to grow your leadership skills, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

As the Educational Leader, you will play an important role in supporting the team to deliver a high-quality educational program and create meaningful learning experiences for children.

You will:

  • Lead and support the development and implementation of engaging educational programs
  • Mentor and guide educators in curriculum planning and intentional teaching
  • Encourage reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Support educators with observations, documentation and programming
  • Promote a strong culture of learning, collaboration and professional growth
  • Ensure educational practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and educators
  • Contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan
  • Help create an environment where educators feel supported and empowered to grow

You will ideally have:

  • A recognised Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Current ACECQA-approved ECT qualification
  • A current Working With Children Check
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
  • A genuine passion for children's learning and development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An interest in mentoring and supporting other educators
  • A willingness to learn, grow and take on a leadership opportunity

Previous Educational Leader experience is desirable, but not essential.
