About the Role

You will be responsible for collecting pets from veterinary clinics across Victoria and returning memorial items and ashes with care and respect.
 
This role includes:

• Completing scheduled daily collection and delivery runs
• Liaising professionally with veterinary clinic staff
• Handling pets with dignity and care at all times
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and identification processes
• Assisting with loading and unloading respectfully and safely
• Returning ashes to veterinary clinics or to families
• Supporting smooth communication between drivers, administration and operational teams
• Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining vehicle cleanliness

About You

We think you’ll fit in well if you:

• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
• Are reliable, organised and punctual
• Are comfortable driving long distances
• Can work independently while managing your time effectively
• Communicate professionally and respectfully
• Have strong attention to detail
• Are physically capable of manual handling tasks
• Understand the importance of empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations
