Drainage Foreman

• Lead crews delivering drainage works across subdivision projects
• Supervise stormwater drainage, pipe installation and associated civil works
• Manage subcontractors, labour and plant
• Work closely with Project and Construction Managers
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to program and quality standards

• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction
• Strong background in subdivision and drainage projects
• Proven experience supervising drainage crews
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans, drawings and surveys
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site activities
• Hands-on approach with a strong focus on safety and quality
