What youll do:
Deliver in-home and community support, Morning and Evening Shifts
Assist clients with complex care needs, including PEG care
Help clients maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life
Adapt to each clients needs with empathy, professionalism, and initiative
What you bring:
Certificate III in Disability / Individual Support (or equivalent)
12+ months experience supporting clients with diverse and complex care needs
Manual handling experience
Experience with PEG and Stoma care
Current First Aid & CPR, Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening
Valid drivers licence & car insurance
